Teacher Status of Employment Data Lost [2020:O]

When loading using the workbook there is an important bit of data used throughout some teacher related data processing. It is the status of employment (Teaching Staff or Non-Teaching Staff). This data is available in Teacher Survey but when loading the teacher identity this data seems to be not making its way there. Moreover it is not seen anywhere in the dedup features when looking at both records side by side. I believe this needs careful and urgent examination.

I believe when I was referring to employment status data I meant what is shown below from a workbook (and not Teaching Staff or Non-Teaching Staff as stated above).

This is all related to the cleanup and clarification/simplifications needed as discussed in #614.

TeacherSurvey records are written only for active teachers. For Inactive teachers the Date of Exit is written to TeacherIdentity.

Other teacher employment data is held on TeacherSurvey in the Xml image of the row, and summarised in warehouse.TeacherJobSchool and related views and REST endpoints.
