I believe this is because of a mistake in the wash-survey.xml file of the education survey tool. See below from the warehouse wash building procedure. CW.S.2 is the question where the procedure gets its data. But in the app the ID is SW.S.2. There is this sort of ID mistake twice which is fixed but the app has not yet been upgraded. I will load the fixed xml structure in the app and test this theory.

I tried modifying the ID directly in the XML. Seems it did help but now when generating warehouse I no longer get enrollment data for the records in question.

As expected now the toilet related charts are showing in the dashboard but not the ones that depend on enrollments.

Figured it out. No enrollments yet for those schools loaded in the system for 2020. Duh!

So far this is because there is no data for toilets in any of the returned records. Why? Is this using WASH surveys or surveys from workbook? Or an attempt at both(and fails)?
