Review color handling and layout

Make ContainLabel : true the default so that chart Y axis labels are always displayed.

this has pros and cons - try it out for a while.

Changed way color is allocated to a missing value in a series (ie null replaced with <>).

Color handling in general needs a bit more thought to allow consumers of RowcolChart to explcitly specify the colors they want for a particular sequence - setting palette binding may be problematic depending on sort order of the incoming data…
