Special Education Dashboard Bug

The last 2 dashboard child work for the “Environment” and “Disability” but not for “Ethnicity” and “English Learner”.

All the titles of dashboard children display the same “Dashboard component” title.

The Special Education dashboard panel display “Special Education : “ instead of “Dashboard” to be consistent with other dashboards.

    This ‘rendermode’ is now part of the definition of the route.

    The title of a dashboard is set in the component code by defaultTitle . This can be overriden by the heading-title binding in the dashboard cshtml

    heading-title is now used to be consistent with dashboard-child-chart etc
