Example config used deprecated option?

examples/sshguard.conf.sample uses the sshg-fw-hosts as the backend and as as far as I can tell that is deprecated.

Change configuration example backend to iptables.

Resolves issue #74.

I changed the example to iptables as this option should work out of the box for the most number of distributors and users.
