drone.io no longer working

Stephan Knauß repo owner created an issue

drone.io ended their cloud service.

The download URL is now pointing to an invalid location. JOSM updates of the presets will fail.

automated tests/builds are currently not available.

    pipelines: check passed. Returning to automatic deployment

    This fixes #6. I keep .drone.yml and shippable.yml in the repository in case Bitbucket also ends their service. Easier to switch over to an alternative then.
