exception occured

When trying to do name matching for two synonymy csv files an exeption error message occured which doesn't allow to finish the process and ask to report it on this website. Please see attached screenshot for more details.

Thanks! I think I've tracked it down: there's a corner case when you've told it to search for a new name instead of selecting from a list of options (or it recalls a new name you typed in before), but it gets ambiguous matches from the new list as well.
