Title: Manage model tags

Primary Actor: Author

Preconditions: User must be authenticated, must be the owner of the model being edited and must be on the model’s page

Main Success Scenario:

1. Author selects the “Edit model information” button[c]
2. Author selects the Tags field
3. Author removes or adds the desired tags
4. Author saves changes
5. Form data is validated
6. Author is redirected to the model’s page

Extensions:

    a. A form field is invalid.
        1. Author is told of the error and asked to correct the form information; Use case continues at step 5.
