Title: Create group gallery

Primary Actor: Group Administrator

Preconditions: User must be authenticated, must be an administrator of the group being edited and be in the group page

Main Success Scenario:

1. Group Administrator opens the group’s galleries page
2. Group Administrator selects the “Create a gallery” button
3. Group Administrator fills in the gallery creation form
4. Group Administrator confirms creation
5. Form data is validated
6. Group Administrator is redirected to the gallery page
