Preconditions: User must be authenticated, must be an administrator of the group being edited and be in the intended gallery page

1. Group Administrator opens the gallery’s settings page
2. Group Administrator modifies intended settings
3. Group Administrator saves changes
4. Group Administrator is redirected to the gallery page
