Issue

The renderables representing user annotations do not appear as children under the User Annotations entry in the Layer Manager. As a result, I cannot rename, disable or delete the annotations.

If you force the layer node to refresh, e.g,change its position in the list, you'll notice it updates the child count and then they are present when expanded. This indicates that the "Renderables" property change event isnt being fired to force a refresh of that node when annotations are added.

Fixed ~~#12~~: AnnotationBuilder now correctly fires the Renderables change event.
