Unable to Load Timesheet

Hello Team For most of our users the add on does not work appropriately.. they keep seeing the loading icon and it never turns back with expected results. Please see below screen for reference, tried using crome / ie with latest versions but the issues continues.. can you respond with necessary steps to resolve or we can have a screen sharing call anytime between 2:00 PM till 10:00 PM IST

    Hi,

    Could you please check if there is an error in Browser Developer Console? It might be the same as issue#999.

    Hey Andriy, It seems to be working better when logged in as Admin but the same has issues when logged in as user. It does not happen always but most of the times it gets struck at Loading...

    Looks like there is some lack of permissions for issue WFT-654. I'm not sure why it happens yet. May be you can double check

    WFT-654 is a main task (parent issue) which is created by a person and it has sub tasks (child) assigned to Raghavan where in he logs hours to child/subtask. He will not be able access main task but does has access to subtask. What should be the issue?

    Apparently, there is Sum Sub-Tasks option checked on, may be you can uncheck it as workaround, and I will try to fix it for the case.
