Error in Project Pivot Report

Hi, We are facing an issue in fetching the project pivot report of one of our project. We are fetching the report from 1st dec to 15th dec and we are getting an error page every time. Last time we also face the same issue and that time it get resolved automatically when we did the re-indexing but this time we are again facing the same issue and we did the re-indexing yesterday and still we are getting the error page. Please help. Its a P1 for the team. One of our team is blocked due to this. Please provide some solution ASAP

Looks like you're using quite old version of the plugin, could you try latest version please?

Hi Andrily, We cannot update the plugin right now. Can you please suggest me some alternate way to resolve this right now.
During analysis, we analysed that we are not able to fetch the data of 11dec-13 dec in any of the projects.
Please provide some next steps on it.

If you clarify plugin version you're using, I may investigate if there is a but that is fixed in later version.

Hi Andrily, I have already provided that the plugin version is 2.8

So it's 2.8.2.7-JRA-32510, and problem seems to be the same as issue
#998, so please try installing updated version jira-timesheet-plugin-2.8.2.7-JRA-32510a.jar or figure out which issue has a parent that is not visible and try to fix visibility of the parent issue. -

Could you please clarify what is the problem? Do you get any error in browser or in JIRA log?
