Some users are no more allowed to show gadgets and reports

We have upgraded our JIRA instance from 6.4 to 7.1, and updated all plugins to the latest release.

Then, some users can no more display * timesheet and pivot gadgets * timesheet and pivot reports * Timesheet preferences in their own profile

This problem occurs only for some users, and there have no specific permissions (and it worked before the upgrade of JIRA).

We are using JIRA 7.1.10 and JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets Plugin 3.0.8 SEN-3627892

Hi,

JSONObject["html" error from timesheet_trace.txt look similar to issue#990. But the IllegalArgumentException is really the cause.

Is it possible that you still have jira-config.properties in JIRA home, with jira.timesheet.plugin.prettyDuration=false? If so, just delete it.

There is no jira-config.properties in JIRA home. We have checked all JIRA directories.
