The values in the reports are not updated after the work is logged

Dear Andriy,

Wrote you an email, but then figured out how to submit a ticket (was not logged in previously, sorry).

I have just installed your Time Reports for JIRA Cloud add-on, and I was amazed by its nice and clean user-friendly interface, by many different reports and configurations that it provides, and by the fact that it's lightweight and works fast.

Right after the installation, the add-on pulled all information from JIRA (all logged work) and displayed it properly in all its different reports.

However, after I logged more work and refreshed the reports, none of them displayed the updated values. They remained the same as they were right after the installation.

I have another Timesheets add-on from Tempo, and it shows the updated values properly. Therefore, I assume the issue is either somewhere in your add-on, or it's just me who did not configure something in the add-on.

Would you help with this, please?

Thanks for your reply. I have read the details of the Issue #1094. Following the recommendations from that issue, I have disabled the Tempo add-on and everything indeed started to work just fine! Thank you again for your great tool.
