Edit worklog popup nolonger appearing in v3.1.2 - v3.1.5

One of my users reported this after we upgraded to v3.1.5. We nolonger have the option to edit worklog time from within the gadget. (attached screen shot) I verified that it works fine in v3.1.1.

I want to verify that this is a bug and will be fixed. This is a very valuable feature for m organization.
