[TIME-227] Time Sheet Report broken in latest 2.1 (empty Total rows, extra 2 cols)

The Time Sheet Report in the latest build of version 2.1 (date 17.2.2012, 293,087 bytes, in source repo, download):

1. has empty Total rows for the people, while the grand total is present (see attachment)
2. shows 2 duplicate columns at the end (Project and Issue), data is also duplicated (see attachment)

Item 1 together with issue #225 "[TIME-225] GroupTimeSheet gadget can't select All Projects" make the latest 2.1 unusable for us, since we can't see time by group. Therefore I've set prio=Critical.

Extra columns on right are there by intention.
However missing totals is "popular" problem, but I can't reproduce it.
