TimeSheet Excel View - Sprint field is empty

The excel view does contain the column 'Sprint' but it is blank.

Option 'Group by Sprint' was chosen. The web report does contain a value for the 'Sprint' column like this: " com.atlassian.greenhopper.service.sprint.Sprint@3aea3d[name=Test time tracking sprint,closed=false,startDate=2013-06-11T17:57:21.620+02:00,endDate=2013-06-25T17:57:21.620+02:00,completeDate=<null>,id=2]"

Could you please confirm you are really using latest 2.4.1 version?

It sounds like a duplicate of issue #361 which is fixed since version 2.4.

Hi Andriy, I'm sorry, we're using the jira OnDemand and I saw the TimeSheet plugin is still in version 2.3.16. I thought it would always use the latest version. Do they plan regular updates for the installed add-ons? We are new jira users since a couple of weeks. Thomas.
