Plugin not working after upgrade to version 2.5.2 (JIRA 5.2.6)

Issue #397 resolved
Former user created an issue

Hi, Timesheet plugin stopped working after upgrade to version 2.5.2 on our JIRA 5.2.6 instance. We don't see any hours logged for any user in our gadgets. We already did a JIRA restart and we also tried to remove and add back the gadget, but the plugin is still not showing any hours. We enabled DEBUG logging but plugin doesn't produce any errors or warnings.

    Hi,

Let me check if you use mixed case user names?

And also could you please check if Pivot Report shows any data?

    Thank you.

Hi, What do you mean with mixed case user names. We're using LDAP to authenticate users. Username has the following format: Andriy.Zhdanov but user is also able to login using following username: andriy.zhdanov.

As of the Pivot Report. The Pivot Report is working just fine. We can see the logged hours for each user.

    Hi,

Could you please downgrade to 2.5.1? I hope you have not suffered from Issue#395, Issue#391, Issue#370. But Issue#396 may cause this problem.

Note, you need to uninstall plugin, and install v 2.5.1. Also it's better to restart JIRA when you uninstall it.

    Thank you.

    Issue #396 looks very similar.

Where can I download the jar version of the 2.5.1 plugin? I can only see the source tag in Downloads tab, but I don't have the SDK to build it.

    Hi,

Unfortunatelly downgrade didn't help :(. I can see the correct version (2.5.1) in the installed-plugins directory in JIRA work directory. I've also restarted JIRA serveral times and did the re-indexing.

The gadget and "Time Sheet Report" is not working, but "Project Pivot Report" is. Any idea what could happen during the upgrade?
