Display popup for time logging even if a value was already logged on the same issue before

The time gadget offers a very fast way to log work on a ticket for the first time. When hovering with the mouse pointer over the appropriate cell, a "+" appears. Clicking opens a little popup (pic1) where you can enter your work time in a very fast way.

Once done this way, unfortunately you can't add more logging time with this little popup to the same issue. It is only displayed for issues with an empty work log. Issues that already have a work log display a different popup (see pic2). Adding more work time needs to be done on another page inside a more detailed form.

It would be great to have the possibility to use the first popup even if an issue already has time logged on it (pic 3).

Version 2.8.3 is available with worklog popup for existing work log entries.
