Former user created an issue 2015-09-09

Hi! I as the admin get emails when something is not working. Now I am looking into more why I am getting these and found that there are time sheet reports that users have set up to get notified about. And then they leave the company and still JIRA is trying to send the reports. It would be great if they were not sent to inactive users.
