If Group By is _not_ None, hovering the mouse makes "+" signal resize whole row by a few pixels

• Apparently the "+" signal is higher than the row.
• Doesn't happen if row has more than one line (eg. summary is big and breaks line).
• Doesn't happen if Group By is None.
• Only happens in Chrome and Firefox. Doesn't happen in IE.

I believe I have seen this too some time ago, on some particular version of JIRA, but can not reproduce it now. It may be happening in conjunction with some other plugin or gadget shown on dashboard also.

Found the problem. The Issue Type Icon makes the row higher, masking the issue in Chrome. This is not the root cause, maybe root cause is the "+" character, which seems higher in IE. See attached screenshots.

Quick fix: always show Issue Type Icon beside Issue key. This would improve readability as well.
