Disable logwork in Dashboard gadgets

As a JIRA Admin

I want to have the option to disable logwork in Dashboard gadgets.

So I can disable logwork and control where my users log work in issues.

    Version 2.9.6.1 for JIRA 5-6 is released, with Disable Logging Work configuration option in Administration - Add-ons - Timesheet Configuration.
