After upgrade to 2.9.5, cannot see other user's time in the Time Sheet Gadget

A user has a gadget that shows all the time worked by the 5 people she supervises and her own time. After upgrade to 2.9.5, the gadget only showed her own time, she could no longer see the other users time.

I re-created the gadget on my dashboard, I also could not see anyone's time. I then saw version 2.9.6 was out, I upgraded to that version, the problem persisted.

On a sandbox with version 2.9.3.3 still installed, I re-created the gadget and verified that I COULD see other user's time. I then upgraded to version 2.9.6 and confirmed that I could NOT see other user's time. So, there appears to be a bug in version 2.9.5 and 2.9.6

This screen shot shows two gadgets. The top one shows that the users times are visible in a different gadget from a different vendor.

The bottom gadget shows that in the Time Keeping gadget all the users time is NOT showing up.

Hi,

Support for multiple users, coma separated, was added in 2.9.5.6, so I can't get how it could work in 2.9.3.3. However, I have found a problem, regression in 2.9.5.9 by commit 14ea4f1.

Fix should be available tomorrow.
