Month header on timesheet report incorrect based on timezome

Hello,

It's very contextual, but we've encountered the following bug:

-Change the timezone on a user so that the date switch for that user occurs before the server time. -Have that user create a timesheet report with the start date as the first day of the month.

The header for the month on the report will be the previous month, not the one that was selected for the report date range.

Absolutely. Here is the screenshot, just taken today. The server time zone is GMT-5 and the user profile is in GMT+1
