Users can associate emails with their accounts

Users should be able to let us know their email.

When they set a new email, they get emailed an activation code which with a nonce that expires in 3 days (?). Emails are only "active" if they have been activated.

Should require password confirmation to complete (probably by modal popup).

Does not require API counterpart.
