Document the "timeout" action

Examples found in the monit distrib, and online, oftenb refer to "if... then TIMEOUT", but this "TIMEOUT" action isn't documented (in https://mmonit.com/monit/documentation/monit.html at least). I'd be useful to know exectly what it does, if it unmonitors stuffs etc.

The timeout action makes monit to stop the monitoring (equals "unmonitor" action). The service timeout statement is more general and is documented here: http://mmonit.com/monit/documentation/monit.html#SERVICE-TIMEOUT
