Monit gives "Connection refused" error

We ran the "monit reload" command and for some reason Monit kept giving ups a connection refused error for nearly 20 seconds. This is not easily reproducible but we do hit this scenario from time to time.

Thanks for report, the problem is fixed - the slowness was caused by DNS issues: monit tried to translate the hostname to FQDN during configuration parsing.
