Debug DLL not working on XP

x64dbg and my tool wont start with debug dll of TE. only with release

both terminate with c0000005 and call stack are identical

doesn't work here,

it does OpenMutexA VirtualProtect VirtualProtect runs without ever reaching the VirtualProtect return

so I tested this again and it still works for me.
