confirmation dialog for dismissing units

I just dismissed one of my Imperial Guards by mistake. I intended to heal them, but missed that i was at encampment page,not hospital.

This weakens my army and my country.

Since Guards are only given when someone becomes LD, the only way i can get it back is by asking people to revote to someone else as LD, and then revote back to me. This is tricky and can result in having a leaderless country.

A dialog showing which units are selected for dismissal and asking "are you sure ?" would prevent this kind of missclick .

Age 210: Implemented check all for injured units dismissing. Now asks confirmation to dismiss.

The popup is bugged. Removed this age.
