poll(2) + /dev/urandom is old school, N has arc4random(3) for more 17 years.

BUGFIX: Issue #164 - use arc4random instead of poll/select + /dev/urandom TNF local patch uses poll + /dev/urandom like Linux, but *BSD has arc4random(3).
