Always on feature makes Holocom disappear

When users choose the option in the dashboard to have Holocom always displayed, it won’t show after restarting Holoswitch VR

If users choose to always display Holocom in the settings, it should be visible after a restart

Actual result 

After restarting Holoswitch VR, Holocom does not get displayed

Steps to Reproduce 

1. Start Holoswitch VR in Steam
2. Go to dashboard → Settings
3. Enable “Always show” option for Holocom
4. Restart Holoswitch VR
