Summary

When dismissing a notification on Android, the notification does not get dismissed on the VR side

Expected result 

When mobile is connected to PC and the user dismisses a notification on an Android phone, the notification should also get dismissed in the VR notification center

Actual result 

The dismissed notification stays in VR notification center

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Holoswitch VR
2. Start Holoswitch on an Android
3. Connect to mobile to PC
4. Generate some notifications so they show up in VR notification center
5. Dismiss a notification on the Android phone
