Where's TCustomHashMap<K>

One should think that there would exist a TCustomHashMap, or maybe TObjectObjectCustomHashMap, using the HashingStrategy for keys. But there are only for all other primitives as valus. Why?

And where's the entire package custom_hash for Sets? I must be missing something..
