Akin to #95, pkg or .app's in dmgs should be handled automagically

autopkg pulls down stuff that are DMGs, and other tools do the heavy lifting of handling the file format and acting appropriately, so I'm asking for that here as well. I kindof don't see the point of having multiple folders per payload (app/pkg, script, or profile) types in general, but more pressing is that it's not mounting dmgs or otherwise handling .apps or .pkgs inside of dmgs. I see in #95 that other handling of apps isn't yet optimized, but I'm less concerned about upfront 'build'/workflow prepare time.

To put it into workflow terms, I'm expecting to be able to put dmg's into the pkgs/apps folder and have it be processed/prepared accordingly.

Packages in 1.5 can now be put into dmgs. please verify and close if it works as you expect.
