When saving a workflow to volume that has Resources panel packages folder set to a folder containing “.app” contents” an error message is shown stating “Could not convert package <UUID>.pkg”

Not sure if this is related but I just found that the certificate for the signing entity being used was expired when this issue occurred.

I disabled Sign Packages and this issue no longer occurred. Looks to be related to expired signing entity.
