Change Twocanoes Profile url on MDM Manage Push Certificates panel

It would be better if the link on the MDM “Manage Push Certificates” panel for “Open Twocanoes Profile Page” could go to a new Twocanoes Profile url that would do the following:

User not signed in: Show option to purchase MDS if needed, or to sign in if this was already done.

User signed in: Show option to purchase MDS if current user does not have the required MDS asset, or to redirect immediately to CSR page if the current user already has the required asset.
