Deployment Enrollment export public key: check for null

For MDM > Configure DEP Tokens > Export Public Key:

Some unknown issue was encountered where the response from MDM resulted in the public key content being null for this operation. It would be good to check for null before saving file.

Also the default file name when exporting public key is currently “Untitled” and could benefit from a more descriptive name.
