Cursor jumps when typing in the workflow name textbox

After creating a workflow if the workflow is later edited and the user places the cursor anywhere in the workflow name textbox, when the user begins typing the first character will be added to the name at the position desired but then the cursor will automatically jump to the end of the textbox and all additional characters will be added to the end. This happens with any combination of characters and does not require that the original text value include unicode special characters.
