Combine Check for Network and Connect to Wifi

In the main MDS window under Workflow Options, the checkbox for “Check for network before showing workflows” should be eliminated. Instead this should always be done if “Connect to WiFi” is checked.

This caused an issue when “Check for network” was not checked and a workflow was installing 10.15.2 that required an update to bridgeOS. This caused the macOS installer to error because the machine was not connected to wifi.

I didn’t remove it, but i made it so the “check network” checkbox is selected by default whenever you choose to connect to WiFi. That should help. I am hesitant to remove it and force it since we have had issues where we don’t detect network connectivity correctly due to strange wifi networks.
