Writing to source folder may create unexpected behavior for user
Issue #409
closed
build 20252
Scenario:
- a workflow includes a packages folder that contains non-packaged apps
- user saves to volume
- MDS creates packages for the non-packaged apps and saves them to the source folder, then moves the non-packaged apps to new archive folders.
The user does not have a reason to expect that saving to volume will alter a location other than the destination volume chosen. This could result in problems if the user did not desire that the source volume where the non-packaged apps was altered, for example if it was low on space or if other resources referenced the original folder structure that was altered by the packaging operation.
