Workflow will crash if a package has a ascii character

this is an issue with imagr. maren has the crash log. see attached. please update imagr to only use ascii characters in folder names.

I ran startosinstall on the command line without imagr or MDS involved and it gave the same error. Added in code to warn the user but they are allowed to continue if they want.
