Folders are left in root when creating users

After running a workflow that erases and installs Mojave and creates a user account, there will be two folders left in root:

/Previous Content

/vm

This does not occur for Catalina or when user accounts are not created.

not sure about the VM file (it didn’t show up for me), but I did fix the imagr issue where the tmp folder was getting created. In build 30108 or later.

Build 30108: Confirmed that “Previous Content” folder is gone but “vm” folder is still there with 1 GB file inside called “swapfile0”.
