MunkiReport MDS folder should be moved

MunkiReport web folder should be moved to something else, such as /usr/local/mds. The /usr/local/munkireport folder is the client folder. In my testing having the server and the client share the same folder appears to work but it is a confusing mess of files. Best to keep these separated. Thanks for your hard work. Great app
