Adjust preferences to Window size

Maybe should resize the fields of the Tab in the preferences, so that they match the size of the Player's GUI. Reduce the texts by simplifying them or make sure that the preferences panel can be opened separately at the right size so as to see all the options complete.

Fixed in v0.99996 (and few earlier), by allowing resizing the window.
