improve export to excel

Ruben Van Wassenhove created an issue

the code to excel has to be improved so that it displays all the courses a subscription is assigned to:

  • check what the max number of courses is (of the selected subscriptions)
  • add columns to the excel sheet (as many as the max number of courses)
