API: /exam/results/(cid) - add exam UID & attempt #

In the exam result endpoint, it would be useful for the API to return the unique identifier of a specific exam as well as the name, and if possible (if it's recorded) which attempt the particular record is for the exam.

    As I stated in #47, the exam ID has been added. Attempts are not tracked, so there isn't a way to give an attempt number.
