Propose additional token types

Hi,

I think that the 'identifier' is too general. It may be good for some things, but not for other.

I suggest to add tokens for: function name, variables, const variables, struct names, defined, macros. (and maybe more)

This would definitively be a nice feature, but requires a lot more work than what vera++ is currently doing internally. It won't happen anytime soon, unless someone wants to work on that - we are accepting pull requests!
