Check if Cubiquity is staticlly linking against C++ runtime
Some users have had difficulty running Cubiquity applications. One cause could be that they don't have the required C++ runtime.

I tested this on a Windows XP virtual machine and found that unfortunately it was unable to run even basic Unity programs (without Cubiquity) so we're currently lacking a proper testing environment.
However, I was able to to test with the Cubiquity command line conversion tools (as these also load the .dll) and this showed that a special flag is required when building for Windows XP from VS 2013. This is now set and the command line tools load the .dll, so I'm going to hope it is ok.
It would still be nice to do a proper test on a Windows XP machine in the future, but I'll remove the version 1.0 tag from this issue and leave it until we have further reason to believe there is a problem

On hold until we have further indication there is a problem with Windows XP.
