On game load volume is at maximum

What I did: 1. Set music volume to 5% 2. Exit game. 3. Launch game 4. Music plays at 100%. In options it sais 5%. If changing it in options, volume properly changes to new %.

Everything else in options is default. Game version is 9.10.9828.53776, steam.

My system is windows 7.

Issue confirmed, it'll be that volume is somehow being reset after the load.
